The shelf splits four ways:

Concentrates are the deepest part of the catalogue by a wide margin, and shatter is the biggest single group inside it.

Mostly texture, and texture comes from what happened during the purge.

• • Shatter — purged flat and left undisturbed. Glass-like, snaps, easy to handle and portion.
• • Budder — agitated during the purge so it whips up. Soft, opaque, scoops cleanly.
• • Sugar wax — partly crystallised. Grainy and wet, somewhere between the two.
• • Diamonds — THCA crystallised out of the extract, usually sold sitting in sauce.

Potency across them is closer than people assume. What actually differs is flavour, how much residue you get, and how annoying each one is to work with.

Hash is solventless. The trichomes are separated from the plant mechanically, with screens, ice water or pressure, and then pressed.

Everything on the concentrates shelf uses a solvent to strip the resin off, which is then purged back out.

In practice hash is more forgiving, works in a joint or a bowl, and costs less per gram. Concentrates test higher and are built for a rig or a dab pen.

A cartridge is just the tank — it needs a 510 thread battery to fire.

A disposable vape pen has the battery built in and is ready out of the box. If you are not sure which one a listing is, the product title says so.

Airtight glass, cool, dark, away from a window. That covers both.

Concentrates want it colder. Anything you are not working through in a few weeks is better off in the fridge, and let it come back to room temperature before you open the jar so you are not condensing water into it.

Heat and light take the terpenes first, so the first thing you lose is flavour, and you will not notice it happening.

Peptides ship as lyophilised powder, which is a dried cake sitting in a sealed vial. It has to be reconstituted before it is any use, and bacteriostatic water is what that is done with.

No, and it is worth knowing which is which.

Testosterone Enanthate, Masterone Enanthate and Superman are injectable androgens. They sit on the same shelf but they are a completely different class with a completely different risk profile, and they suppress your own hormone production while they are being run.

Melanotan II is a pigmentation compound rather than a performance one. Bacteriostatic water is not a compound at all.

Sealed and still in powder form, a vial keeps in a fridge for a long stretch.

Once it has been reconstituted the clock is much shorter — weeks rather than months — and it gets shorter again if the vial is handled warm. Keep it cold, keep it in the box, and do not cycle it in and out of the fridge several times a day.

When reconstituting, run the water down the inside wall of the vial rather than straight onto the powder, and swirl rather than shake.
